The store was a bit distracting but had everything you may need accurately categorized. The breakdown of products was very specific, allowing for the customer to find exactly what they may need.
While the company specializes in lace front wigs, they are able to have a specific target audience. Having this in mind, they provide luxury lace front wigs along with a variety of other products that may be needed to complete a full look.
For me personally, the customer support section of the company was hard to work with. I never got any updates on the hair and it was difficult to reach out and try to talk to anyone about any concerns I may have had.
Delivery for this product was just about a week. It seemed about average for most hair places. The hair arrived damage free in cute packaging. Overall, I had no complaints with the shipping part of this service.

Hair Quality
Hair strand
This hair is 100% Brazilian virgin hair and when you run your fingers through it you can tell how soft the strands are. The curl pattern is uniform and bounces back right away after being stretched straight.
Since the hair strands are so light weight the unit does happen to have some fly aways that stick up freely but nothing a little product can’t fix.
The hair was purchased in the color natural black but the hair appears to be more in the dark brown shade range. Regardless, the hair is rich in color and in uniform from root to tip living up the real virgin hair.
Hairline
This unit was marketed as having a realistic hairline. I think they were so close to succeeding with this title.
The closure is made of super fine invisible Swiss lace. I think this lace is what makes the hairline look so good, it really does blend into the skin. The one downside is the pattern at which the hair is sewn into the lace.
While the knots are thin and bleached, they are sewn in a distinct straight line making it not look natural. The most customization you would need with this unit is a subtle plucking of the front hairs to diffuse the lines.
Density
This hair was purchased in a 150% density which is perfect for the 14’’ length. The hair is thick throughout and doesn’t get thinner at the ends of the hair.
One thing to note about this unit is the density of the closure flows nicely with the rest of the wig. Oftentimes, closures can feel thinner than the rest of the wig making the top of the hair to area balding.
This product had two different density choices. For the price, I think they could have offered one more high density and not have a surcharge.
Construction
The unit is made with a 5×5 HD invisible lace closure. This super fine invisible lace takes up the front middle part of the unit. This is pretty average for closures.
The remainder of the unit is composed of a cap. It’s made from a material that has a good amount of stretch which allows it to seamlessly adjust to the size of your head.
The wig is sewn well, the lines are straight and no access string. The one thing to keep in mind is the side hairline does slightly expose the tracks if not styled right. The company could have easily solved this problem by adding more wefts that wrap around.
Cap Size
The company does allow you to choose between 3 different cap sizes, large, average, and petite. This is a great added customization on the company’s part. This wig was purchased in the average size.
The unit comes equipped with 4 combs; two on the side, one at the nape, and one behind the closure. This ensures the unit can be secured.
Along with the cap itself being stretchy, the unit also has elastics on the side to further tighten the unit if it is too big to fit properly. A stretchy cap is ideal since it’s easier to conform to the shape of your head.
Store Experience
The store was good but it had a lot going on and could be distracting to the eye if you don’t know what you are exactly looking for. The first thing you see when you access the site is their 360 lace wigs and the benefits as to why these are such good wigs.
They also have a chart that breaks down why you should look into investing in a HD wig. The reason this is so beneficial for a site is it backs up their products with real life examples of the hair piece in action.
The site accurately categorizes not only the products but also the company information such as the company start and different policies that could be of benefit to a purchaser.
Instead of grouping them together in categories like wigs or weaves they further break them doesn’t into very specific types of wigs. This allows the customer to easily find what they are looking for in one go instead of spending valuable time searching the site.

A big positive with Divas Wigs is the fact that free shipping is provided worldwide. When you are already spending hundreds of dollars on a hair piece, these small discounts add up and cut the overall cost.
