Eggs are one of the highest sources of biotin which is beneficial for hair health and growth by supporting keratin production.
Is important to have a steady supply of multiple minerals in the diet for healthy hair. Eggs supply zinc and selenium both important for hair growth. Zinc is needed for tissue repair and growth, a deficiency can lead to hair loss.
Selenium is a mineral with antioxidant properties. Oxidative stress, or free radical damage, has a negative effect on hair growth.
Strawberries provide all-important antioxidants, including Vitamin C. Antioxidants quell free radical damage and that’s important if you want to grow luscious locks.
Wild-caught salmon adds protein, preformed vitamin A, selenium, vitamin D, and omega 3s to the party. You need those omega 3s, which are essential fatty acids, to help reduce inflammation.
