As a licensed cosmetologist, I have been through my fair share of dealing with hair companies. It takes more than providing quality hair to be ranked as a good company.
With this in mind, I will be reviewing a 360 frontal wig from OMG Queen. It’s made from virgin Brazilian hair.
This wig was purchased with no incentive in return. The hair will be reviewed in an unbiased way and an honest review will be given on both the hair quality and the company itself.
Overview
OMG Queen prides itself in providing the finest quality products along with the best customer service. The founder went to America and realized how expensive hair units were. She made the decision to offer affordable products online to give everyone the privilege of feeling confident.
The store looked very professional when first accessing the site. They showed product photos that are captivating and engaging to the buyer. They also provided tutorials to help a customer know how to better style and install the units. Along with showcasing their products well, they also provided discount codes.
The range of products the company offers was quite vast. They offered wigs, weaves, and closures. They also provide a variety of different hair types and styles. One area they could have improved on is their colored units, they only provided ombre and blonde for colors.
I never had a chance to personally contact the support team throughout this process. That being said, I never had a reason. As I was browsing through the products, as you would pre-purchase, I had a question but the company wasn’t available during that time.
The hair took 8 business days to arrive which is quite long. Most companies ensure you receive your products within a week. While the shipping took a long time, it was free and the package arrived free from damage.
Reviews from the company were positive which is always a comforting thing to see. Customers raved about the hair quality and were happy to recommend the company to others who are looking into purchasing from the company.
What I Like
- Frontal – The 360 lace frontal allows for maximum styling options.
- Texture – Though the strands were kinky and coarse, they were still easy to brush.
- Price – I found the price to be affordable for what you receive and the customizations.
What I Don’t Like
- Delivery – The unit took just under 2 weeks to arrive which is quite long.
- Customization – You could customize the cap and density but not the frontal.
- Customer support – The hours were opposite of the US so responses were delayed.
Hair Quality
Hair Strand
This specific wig was purchased in a kinky straight texture. It resembles curly hair that has been blown out. This leaves the strands feeling a bit more coarse instead of silky and soft like straight hair would generally feel.
Since the hair isn’t as silky, this can lead to more tangles than desired. In order for the hair to last longer, you may need to take extra care of a unit like this. Regular detangling and conditioning are essential in keeping this unit looking presentable.
One benefit of this unit is it doesn’t shed much at all. The unit is made from Brazilian virgin hair and has a consistent color throughout which highlights the high quality of the hair.
Hairline
This unit is equipped with a 360 frontal which is highly desired as you get to do a lot more in terms of styling. The frontal is 2 inches shorter than the bundles which give the wig a natural layered look.
The hairline is pre-plucked and has baby hairs included in the default product. This is desired as it provides less work for the customer when customizing the unit. It also makes the hair appear more natural and like it’s growing out of the scalp.
The lace came in the color brown. This color makes it perfect for blending into the skin, especially for those who have a darker skin tone. Since the lace blended so well, it did make the knots stick out a bit, but they appeared single-knotted and overall blended well.
Density
The wig came with two different densities, 120% in the frontal and 150% in the back. The increase in density had an upcharge of $15. I don’t think this is a bad price for the increase in density.
While the hair is naturally more voluminous due to the texture, the increase makes the hair feel even throughout. The ends didn’t appear sparse or see-through. Making the frontal slightly lighter in density made the hair look natural as well.
The highest density you could go up to was 180%, keep in mind that this change only affects the back or cap part of the wig. The frontal is stuck at 120%. For the price of the unit, I find this to be fairly reasonable and make sense.
Construction
The selling point of this wig had to be the 360 frontal. This leads to high expectations and the company didn’t disappoint. The frontal was seamlessly constructed around the entire unit.
I did feel that the wefts were spread out a bit far. Keeping this in mind, the texture of the hair does help to cover this up and the wefts are able to blend well into the cap. The cap is a nice color which gives it a natural look.
The knots appear single-knotted yet durable like they won’t fall out when you brush the unit. The entire unit feels durable and there aren’t any loose strings that would lead to the unit falling apart.
Cap Size
This wig was purchased with a medium cap size and this is the only free option. They offer two additional sizes, small and large, at an additional cost. Having the option to customize a unit is often attractive because it allows the customers to achieve a natural-looking unit.
The wig came with lace around the entire perimeter of the head. The lace was made from durable material and blended right into the cap.
The cap had 3 combs attached to secure the wig. It also contained elastics to tighten the unit. I’d suggest purchasing the medium cap as it’s free and you can easily alter the cap thereafter to fit you.
Store Experience
The store has a very professional look. They provide captivating product photos along with a layout that makes sense. This allows the shopper to easily navigate around the site and envision how the products will personally look on them.
OMG Queen offers tutorials to further educate their customers on proper care methods. This is great as the customers will be able to get the best use out of the hair purchased.
Another positive of the site is they offer discount codes. Codes include further discounts on flash sales along with entire collections. These discounts are highlighted not only on the landing page, but also on a banner along the top of the screen.
Range of Products
OMG Queen has a wide range of available products, ranging from wigs to weaves, and closures. The company offers these products in Brazilian, Indian, and Malaysian hair types. They also have up to 3 different textures of hair available, ensuring everyone will find the perfect fit.
They are most known for their blendable units that are lace based and have a skin-melting effect. This effect is desired by most users and this explains why most of their units are popular.
The company does offer colored wigs, but the selection isn’t too big. They offer mostly ombre and blonde. If you are interested in a brighter color, you may have to do the coloring yourself since they don’t offer bold colors.

Customer Support
The company never reached out to me during the order process, but various methods are available if contact needs to be made. They communicate via phone, email, social media, and live chat.
Normally live chat is the fastest way to get a response since they are usually available 24 hours. This is not the case for OMG Queen as they operate from 7:30 Pm to 4:30 Am (EST). Keeping this in mind, it may be just as easy to reach the company via other methods.
For emails, they claim to respond to all inquiries within 15 hours. This may be a quicker way to receive a response than other forms of communication.
Delivery Time
The hair was delivered via FedEx in 8 business days. This seems quite long but the company never highlighted how long their products take to ship or which services they use.
Keep in mind some products obtain longer shipping times due to customizations. The unit I purchased didn’t contain any customizations that would affect the shipping and it still took a long time.
While the shipping took longer than desired, the shipping was free. All orders over $79 are able to take part in this deal. Since you’re spending so much on the product itself, it’s nice to save money in other ways.
What Others Are Saying
This customer was impressed with how fast the unit arrived. The company provided help throughout the order process leading to a happy customer. The hair was of high quality as well motivating the customer to shop again.
This customer was most happy with the lace of the wig. It created a natural-looking hairline and was easy to style. The knots were blendable and she recommends the product to others who are thinking of shopping with OMG Queen.
FAQ
How Long Does OMG Queen Hair Last?
The longevity of the hair lasts different amounts of time depending on the hair type. The Brazilian and Peruvian hair is said to last 4-8 months. Their Indian hair lasts 6-12 months. While this is the case, with proper care, all types of hair can last over 1 year.
Does OMG Queen Hair Come With Bleached Knots?
Yes, all units from the company come with blacked knots near the front hairline. About 1 inch on wigs and half an inch on closures. Since the company has already taken this step, they suggest you don’t further try to customize units in this way. It could lead to the unit having damaged hair and falling out quicker.
Do We Recommend It?
Yes, this 360 wig is a great buy. The hair was affordable and offered a wide range of styling options. The texture of the strands was great, adding to the overall voluminous effect.
While the shipping did take longer than expected and it would have been nice to receive additional customizations, OMG Queen provides quality hair. If you’re deciding on whether to shop with them, you won’t be disappointed.
